S-cut refers to the process of presenting an S-shaped cut, and the S-cut left and right sticker is a structure on a diaper, which is a
form used to fix the action buckle, also known as Velcro. It is different from another form of PP sticker, which is left and right sticker.
PP sticker is scraped on PP film.
Compared with PP stickers, it has the following advantages:
More firm than PP stickers;
Its buckle is not affected by the season, and the PP patch will be affected by temperature and humidity;
Its appearance is very beautiful, the noise is relatively small, so it is more favored by customers.
In its structure, the magic hook is used to lap the front waist sticker, and the ear patch is glued to the body of the diaper. When laminating
this material online, there are two places where hot sol is required, the first is the magic hook, which must be glued on the composite layer,
and the second is the ear sticker part, which must be glued to the diaper. The composite layer is generally a 2~3-layer structure, and the 3-layer
structure is: nonwovens, elastic films, and nonwovens.
