In winter, it is recommended to move the substrate into the workshop in advance and keep the room temperature of the workshop above 15 °C or partially heated.
It is recommended that the roller pressing force be large enough.
The first three suggestions are all because the line speed of the S cut tapes (I-bond tapes) and the diaper body is not consistent when matching and bonding, and usually, the line speed of the S cut is about 1/9 of the diaper line speed. The speed of S cutting is relatively slow, so the opening time is long, which is not conducive to the glue to achieve the best fit effect. Therefore, only by increasing the linear speed of the diaper, the speed of S cutting can be increased; In addition, the opening distance is short, so that it can fit as soon as possible. The last recommendation is to improve the substrate adhesion and adhesion of the glue.
