They assist the side tapes in firmly adhering, thus preventing any potential tears.
Custom-designed to meet the specific needs of customers, these tapes offer a variety of picture patterns for selection.
With a soft texture and enhanced grip, these frontal tapes provide both comfort and durability.
Existing non-woven frontal tapes are mainly hot-rolled, hot air, anti-adhesive, perforated or PE film, etc., these fabrics in the process of use, due to the characteristics of their own structure, breathability and dry performance in general, the liquid diffusion performance is not good, prone to cause rashes, skin allergies, and other adverse reactions, and the comfort is not ideal; the elastic material of the frontal tapes is not sufficiently stretchy, affecting the baby's freedom of movement and relaxation; the traditional frontal tape is hard and not soft enough. Our multi-layer composite non-woven frontal tape has better elasticity, breathability and flexibility. The prints under the front waistband are shown on the nappy material in a hollowed-out design. This article explores the role and properties of release paper, particularly in the context of sanitary pads. Release paper is a specialized material designed to prevent adhesion and protect surfaces. In sanitary pads, it protects the adhesive strip, ensuring it remains effective for attachment to underwear. It also prevents pads from sticking together during production and storage. Made from natural materials like wood pulp and coated with non-stick agents such as silicone oil, release paper reduces the risk of skin irritation by avoiding direct contact with the skin. Although it does not prevent allergies, choosing sanitary pads with natural and non-irritating materials is crucial to minimize allergic reactions. The article also covers the manufacturing process of release paper, its key characteristics, and considerations for selecting appropriate release paper based on specific needs.
