The PP left and right stickers are adhesive strips that facilitate the fixing position of the diaper, and are set on the back waist of the diaper. After the diaper is put on, it is glued to the front waist, and the front and back sides of the diaper can be connected into one to form a "pants" shape.
The current left and right patches include a base film and a liner attached to the back waist of the diaper. The bottom film and liner film are mainly made of hot melt bonding of plastic film and adhesive layer. Among them, plastic film is generally selected PE and PVC materials with certain strength and thickness to ensure that it has the performance of repeated tearing from the front waist.
However, the hot melt adhesive on the above bottom film adhesive layer can easily penetrate into the surface of the plastic film, causing infection of the baby's skin. In addition, the front waist patch of diapers is usually made of non-woven fabric. When it is torn off the front waist sticker, the non-woven fabric is easily stuck away by the hot melt adhesive on the liner, affecting its service life, so there is still room for improvement.
