Mesh Frontal Tape :
Mesh and suede front waist patches are composite fabrics or flannels with low grammage OPP or PET films. The mesh
or flannel is compounded with an ultra-high viscosity hot melt adhesive diluted with a film by a high-viscosity hot melt
adhesive or PUR adhesive or solvent. The printing pattern is usually printed on the film. They are used with a velcro
clasp and can be applied repeatedly, with a freely adjustable tightness.
The mesh is also known as the hook loop velcro. By hooking the free end with the mushroom head, the fixing effect of
the diaper can be realized. The mesh of the mesh has a low weight and does not cover the printing pattern of the base
film, and the pattern is clear.
Suede is a flannel cloth with a woven design. It is often necessary to pile the flannel to create burrs on the surface of the
suede, creating sufficient peeling force to ensure a good fixation of the diaper. Due to the relatively high grammage of the
flannel, the suede paste has a certain covering effect on the printing pattern of the bottom film, which will affect the clarity
of the printing pattern, in general, the printing pattern design of soft tones is more appropriate.
At present, the technology of the two is very mature, and it can cooperate with the injection hook of any manufacturer.
Mesh and suede velcro have high retention and appropriate peeling power, and are generally printed in color cartoon patterns.

Discover how perforated membranes are transforming the world of sanitary napkins, offering enhanced breathability, superior absorption, and unparalleled comfort. Learn about their benefits and why they are becoming a must-have in feminine hygiene products.
Understand several processes of non-woven composite PE film in disposable sanitary products.
This article explores the applications of Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) nonwoven fabric in diapers and sanitary napkins. PLA nonwoven fabric is an environmentally friendly material derived from renewable resources, known for its biodegradability, breathability, moisture absorption, and antibacterial properties. In diapers, it enhances comfort, prevents diaper rash, and reduces environmental impact. In sanitary napkins, it ensures rapid absorption, maintains hygiene, and lowers the risk of infections. Despite challenges in strength and cost, ongoing innovations and market demand for sustainable products indicate a promising future for PLA nonwoven fabric in the hygiene industry.

The main raw materials used in sanitary pads include a top layer (non-woven fabric or perforated film for skin contact and quick liquid absorption), an absorbent core (fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to retain menstrual fluid), a back layer (PE or breathable film to prevent leakage), an adhesive (to secure the pad to underwear), and release paper (to protect the adhesive). Some products may also contain fragrances, antibacterial agents, or use organic cotton and other natural materials to meet different needs.
