Non-woven front waist patch is a combination non-woven fabric made of long-fiber spunbond non-woven fabric
or short-fiber carded hot air non-woven fabric and long-fiber spunbond non-woven fabric, which is specially
designed Velcro pressed by hot roll. Since it only uses non-woven fabrics, it is softer and less costly. In recent years,
it has been widely used. At the same time, with the wide application of flexographic printing process and the design
of new embossing, the appearance and color pattern of non-woven Velcro embossing are richer. Non-woven stickers
will eventually replace mesh and suede stickers.
Because nonwovens are denser and have relatively low peeling forces compared to mesh and flannel, optimized
injection hooks are needed to increase the peeling power of Velcro and nonwoven velcro. Usually FM10 is 0.8-2.0N125mm,
and the shear force is greater than 30N, which is generally considered to meet the safety of use, and can avoid accidental
opening during use or diapers falling off after wet diapers.

This article provides an overview of fluff pulp used in sanitary napkins. It details the properties of fluff pulp, such as high brightness, low density, and good water absorption. The text highlights its benefits, including enhanced absorption, comfort, and safety for consumers, as well as cost-effectiveness and product stability for manufacturers. The synergistic use of fluff pulp with superabsorbent polymers (SAP) further improves product performance.
Traditional sanitary pads, widely used for menstrual hygiene, pose a significant environmental challenge due to their high plastic content and slow decomposition rate. This article delves into the science of biodegradable sanitary pads, which are designed to mitigate these environmental issues. It examines the materials used, such as bamboo fiber, organic cotton, bioplastics, and plant-based adhesives, highlighting their sustainability and biodegradability. The article also discusses the composting process, emphasizing the importance of proper composting conditions to maximize environmental benefits. By offering a faster decomposition rate and reducing plastic waste, biodegradable sanitary pads represent a significant step forward in menstrual hygiene products, promoting both user comfort and environmental responsibility.
This article provides an in-depth exploration of the manufacturing process and core technology of diapers, highlighting their layered structure, production steps, and key technological components. It delves into the materials used, such as non-woven fabric, absorbent core layers, and distribution layers, and discusses how these elements contribute to the performance and comfort of diapers. Additionally, the article examines the current market trends, particularly the growing demand for environmentally friendly and intelligent diapers, and forecasts future developments in the industry. By combining market data and case studies, this piece offers valuable insights for both consumers and manufacturers, emphasizing the importance of innovation and sustainability in the diaper industry.

This article explores the applications of Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) nonwoven fabric in diapers and sanitary napkins. PLA nonwoven fabric is an environmentally friendly material derived from renewable resources, known for its biodegradability, breathability, moisture absorption, and antibacterial properties. In diapers, it enhances comfort, prevents diaper rash, and reduces environmental impact. In sanitary napkins, it ensures rapid absorption, maintains hygiene, and lowers the risk of infections. Despite challenges in strength and cost, ongoing innovations and market demand for sustainable products indicate a promising future for PLA nonwoven fabric in the hygiene industry.

The main raw materials used in sanitary pads include a top layer (non-woven fabric or perforated film for skin contact and quick liquid absorption), an absorbent core (fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to retain menstrual fluid), a back layer (PE or breathable film to prevent leakage), an adhesive (to secure the pad to underwear), and release paper (to protect the adhesive). Some products may also contain fragrances, antibacterial agents, or use organic cotton and other natural materials to meet different needs.
