LONSUN
The top layer of nappies and sanitary napkins is a carefully engineered component that combines softness, absorbency and breathability to provide optimum comfort and protection. Its role in maintaining hygiene, preventing leakage and keeping the skin dry makes it an essential part of these products. Our 0.8D hot air-through non-woven top layer is one of the best.

Raw materials and production
The raw material used in the production of our 0.8D soft and breathable hot air through non-woven fabric is 100% ES fiber. ES fiber is an ideal hot viscous fiber, which is mainly used for nonwovens thermoadhesive processing. When thecombed fiber mesh is thermally bonded by hot rolling or hot air penetration, the low melting point component forms a molten adhesion at the intersection of the fiber, and after cooling, the non-intersection fiber still maintains its original state, which is a form of "point bonding" rather than "zone bonding", so the product has the characteristics of fluffiness, softness, high strength, oil absorption, blood sucking, etc.

Feature
Hot air nonwovens have a wide range of applications in the field of hygiene products. Our 0.8D hot air nonwoven is mainly used in the top and bottom layers of A-rated baby diapers. It is soft and water repellent.
Our 0.8D hot air through nonwoven is super soft. In the nonwovens industry, we often use Denier to indicate the thickness of nonwovens fibres. Low denier fabrics are more pliable, soft and drapey than high denier fabrics. They are lighter in weight. The denier of LONSUN's hot air nonwoven is 0.8, which is lower than more than 90% of the hot air nonwovens on the market. That's why it's so soft and the material of choice for high quality diaper.
In hot air nonwovens, we also add water repellents to give them hydrophobic properties. It can be made according to customers' requirements.

This article delves into the crucial role of the Acquisition Distribution Layer (ADL) in disposable hygiene products. Positioned between the topsheet and the absorbent core, ADL swiftly absorbs and disperses liquids to maintain a dry and comfortable surface. It covers common materials (e.g., nonwoven fabrics, synthetic fibers), multi-layer structure designs, functional principles (including rapid diversion and liquid distribution), and performance evaluation methods (such as absorption rate, diversion volume, and reverse permeability). The piece also highlights environmental considerations, like biodegradable materials and recycling solutions. Additionally, it discusses ADL applications in specific products like diapers and sanitary napkins and looks ahead to future technological advancements, asserting that ongoing improvements in ADL technology will enhance the disposable hygiene products industry, better meeting consumer demands for hygiene, health, and environmental protection.
The main raw materials used in sanitary pads include a top layer (non-woven fabric or perforated film for skin contact and quick liquid absorption), an absorbent core (fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to retain menstrual fluid), a back layer (PE or breathable film to prevent leakage), an adhesive (to secure the pad to underwear), and release paper (to protect the adhesive). Some products may also contain fragrances, antibacterial agents, or use organic cotton and other natural materials to meet different needs.
