| Overview
PE film, is a film produced from PE pellets. It is moisture resistant and has low moisture permeability. PE film is one of the raw materials for baby diapers. High-end diapers are often made with breathable PE film. LONSUN is a professional supplier of breathable PE film, looking forward to cooperating with you.
| Principle of breathable PE film
The bottom membrane looks like a plastic film, but it is actually a breathable microporous membrane, the micropores are the most critical part, because the minimum diameter of water droplets is 20 μm, the diameter of water vapor molecules is 0.0004 μm, and the diameter of micropores is in between. In this way, breathability is guaranteed without water.
| Application in diaper
Breathable PE film, on the one hand, blocking the baby's urine penetration to the outside, on the other hand, there is good breathability, play the role of dissemination of stuffy, help to prevent the occurrence of baby's red bum.
| Product Description
Our breathable PE film has excellent waterproof properties, making it ideal for diaper. It also has optimal physical properties that ensure durability and reliability. In addition, it is non-toxic, odourless and harmless to human health. This film has a soft and silky touch for enhanced comfort. In addition, it has excellent printability for vibrant, high-quality prints.

This article explores the role and properties of release paper, particularly in the context of sanitary pads. Release paper is a specialized material designed to prevent adhesion and protect surfaces. In sanitary pads, it protects the adhesive strip, ensuring it remains effective for attachment to underwear. It also prevents pads from sticking together during production and storage. Made from natural materials like wood pulp and coated with non-stick agents such as silicone oil, release paper reduces the risk of skin irritation by avoiding direct contact with the skin. Although it does not prevent allergies, choosing sanitary pads with natural and non-irritating materials is crucial to minimize allergic reactions. The article also covers the manufacturing process of release paper, its key characteristics, and considerations for selecting appropriate release paper based on specific needs.
