Tissue paper is one of the raw materials for the absorbent core of baby diaper and sanitary pads. Good tissue paper affects the quality of the nappy.
The use of tissue paper in diaper materials is mainly for the following reasons:
Increase Absorption Capacity: Tissue paper has a certain water-absorbing property and can absorb a certain amount of urine, thereby increasing the overall absorption capacity of the diaper. In some adult diapers, due to the higher volume of excretion caused by adult incontinence compared to infants, manufacturers add a layer of water-absorbing tissue paper between the bottom film and the absorption core to increase the absorption capacity.
Assist Absorption Core: In the absorption core, tissue paper is used in combination with fluff pulp, superabsorbent polymer (SAP), and other materials to better utilize the absorption core. It helps to disperse and conduct urine, enabling the absorption core to absorb urine more quickly and improving the absorption speed of the diaper.
Fix Absorptive Materials: Tissue paper can serve as a wrapper for the absorption core, enclosing fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to prevent these materials from becoming loose, shifting, or leaking out during use. This maintains the integrity and stability of the absorption core, allowing the diaper to absorb urine evenly and avoiding uneven absorption or leakage.
Enhance Overall Structure: In the structure of the diaper, the addition of tissue paper can increase the thickness and rigidity of the diaper, providing some support. This helps the diaper better conform to the body's curves, preventing deformation or displacement during use, thereby improving the comfort and leak-proof performance of the diaper.
Reduce Production Costs: Tissue paper is a relatively inexpensive material compared to some high-performance absorbent materials. By using tissue paper appropriately in the production of diapers, production costs can be reduced, making the diapers more affordable. This can lower the economic burden of using diapers for consumers and enhance the market competitiveness of the product.
Soft and Comfortable: Tissue paper is usually soft and provides a comfortable feel when in contact with the skin. Using tissue paper in diapers can increase the softness of the diaper, reducing skin friction and irritation, and making the user feel more comfortable.
High Safety: Tissue paper undergoes strict disinfection and hygiene treatment during production and meets hygiene standards. Using tissue paper as a material in diapers ensures the hygiene and safety of the diapers, reducing the risk of bacterial growth and infection.
1. With its exceptional elasticity and impressive wet strength, our tissue paper serves as a top-notch raw material for baby diapers.
2. When used in the making of baby diapers, our tissue paper ensures that the absorbent core remains free from clumping, providing an anti-cake feature.
3. Not only is tissue paper highly eco-friendly, but it is also environmentally-friendly, making it a responsible choice for diaper production.
