At present, the diaper bottom film on the market is generally divided into three types of materials: hot air bottom film, cotton soft bottom film, and super soft bottom film.
1. Hot air bottom film: it can play a better breathable role and relieve the feeling of stuffiness. The thermal separation bottom film adopts the hot air bonding process, that is, the production method of using hot air to penetrate the fiber mesh on the drying equipment to make it heat and melt to produce bonding, so that the bottom film of diapers has the characteristics of high fluffiness, good elasticity, soft feeling, strong warmth, good breathability and water permeability.
2. Cotton soft bottom film: cotton fiber absorbs the baby's sweat and directly touches the baby's skin, making the baby feel soft and not stiff. Although it is very soft and not easy to moisture, it is easy to wrinkle and deform, and when the absorption reaches a saturation, the air permeability will also be greatly reduced.
3. Super soft bottom film: it has the characteristics of delicate hair, warm and smooth. Although it feels soft and thick to the touch, it is easy to deform and wrinkle after absorbing too much urine from the baby.
Lonsun can provide all kinds of PE films according to your needs.
