Note on SAP Content in SAP Paper:
The main factor affecting the water absorption of SAP Absorbent Paper is the SAP content. We can supply all major brands of SAP and can also formulate according to customer's water absorption requirements. Whether you use it for nursing pads, sanitary napkins, nappies, we can provide it. The maximum amount of SAP in dust-free paper can be as high as 55%, and the amount of SAP in dust-free paper is generally determined according to the use of the product. If used as an absorbent core layer in sanitary napkins, small care pads, etc., the content of SAP is 20~25%, if used as baby diapers, adult urinary incontinence products, the dosage of SAP is 30~35%. The water absorption factor in the sanitary napkin is: high-efficiency gelatinization layer, and its material is polymer water-absorbing resin. Sanitary napkins with a high-efficiency gelatinized layer can condense the infiltrated liquid into a craving-like shape, which does not seep back after being pressed, and there is no sticky feeling on the surface. The material commonly used is polymer water-absorbing resin.
