Lonsun 25gsm white ADL is made of hot air through nonwoven, which is placed between the topsheet and the absorbent core of the sanitary napkin. Which is a ideal raw material for sanitary napkins.
It is effective in aiding the rapid conduction of liquids inwards from the surface covering material.
It is also effective in spreading and distributing the liquid vertically.
So that the liquid flows quickly out of the user's skin and into the absorbent core of the sanitary napkin.
When women's physiological period comes. Menstrual blood is first received by the surface layer of sanitary napkin and penetrates downwards. The ADL then receives the liquid penetrated from the surface layer. Part of the menstrual blood is directly absorbed by the SAP absorbing core along the gap. The rest of the liquid is conducted and diffused along the longitudinal direction of the ADL, enlarging the absorbing area of the SAP absorbing core. Finally, the menstrual blood that has been infiltrated after diffusion along the longitudinal direction of the ADL is evenly absorbed by the SAP absorbing core. After the longitudinal diffusion of the ADL, the menstrual blood penetrates down and is absorbed evenly by the SAP absorption core.
The main function of the ADL is to guide the menstrual blood infiltrated from the surface layer to conduct and diffuse along the longitudinal direction of the paper sanitary napkin, so that the menstrual blood will be absorbed by the absorbing core more uniformly, and the sanitary napkin will not be thickened locally due to the concentration of absorbing liquid, which will prevent the subsequent menstrual blood from being absorbed by the absorbing core.
