The diaper's absorbent core body features a composite structure consisting of airlaid paper, non-woven fabric, and polymer resin. This design allows for a thinner diaper that does not bunch up. Each layer of the core material is bonded with hot melt adhesive. The core contains a large amount of polymer to ensure maximum absorption and maintains its shape even after liquid is absorbed.

Our universal absorbent cores are available in a 5-layer structure, with grammages between 360 and 550 grams per square metre, widths between 85mm and 160mm, and thicknesses between 6mm and 12mm. Customisation is also possible.
The absorbent core in diapers plays a crucial role in keeping babies dry and comfortable. It is typically made of super-absorbent materials such as wood pulp, polyacrylate, and other polymers that can hold a significant amount of liquid.
One of the main benefits of the absorbent core is its ability to quickly draw moisture away from the baby's skin, preventing diaper rash and irritation. This helps to keep the baby's delicate skin healthy and free from discomfort.
Additionally, the absorbent core helps to prevent leaks and accidents by effectively trapping liquid and preventing it from leaking out of the diaper. This gives parents peace of mind knowing that their baby will stay dry and comfortable for longer periods of time.
Overall, the absorbent core in diapers is essential for providing babies with the protection and comfort they need to stay happy and healthy throughout the day.

This article delves into the crucial role of the Acquisition Distribution Layer (ADL) in disposable hygiene products. Positioned between the topsheet and the absorbent core, ADL swiftly absorbs and disperses liquids to maintain a dry and comfortable surface. It covers common materials (e.g., nonwoven fabrics, synthetic fibers), multi-layer structure designs, functional principles (including rapid diversion and liquid distribution), and performance evaluation methods (such as absorption rate, diversion volume, and reverse permeability). The piece also highlights environmental considerations, like biodegradable materials and recycling solutions. Additionally, it discusses ADL applications in specific products like diapers and sanitary napkins and looks ahead to future technological advancements, asserting that ongoing improvements in ADL technology will enhance the disposable hygiene products industry, better meeting consumer demands for hygiene, health, and environmental protection.
The main raw materials used in sanitary pads include a top layer (non-woven fabric or perforated film for skin contact and quick liquid absorption), an absorbent core (fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) to retain menstrual fluid), a back layer (PE or breathable film to prevent leakage), an adhesive (to secure the pad to underwear), and release paper (to protect the adhesive). Some products may also contain fragrances, antibacterial agents, or use organic cotton and other natural materials to meet different needs.
