The functional anion chip is a non-woven material containing additives, designed as a light maintenance component for sanitary napkins rather than a disease prevention material. No clinical evidence supports claims of therapeutic treatment. Sanitary napkin manufacturers purchase these chips and place them beneath the topsheet or acquisition distribution layer, where they may directly contact the skin. For visual appeal, the anion chip substrate is available in various colors and printed patterns.
Negative air ions are naturally occurring molecules that carry an electric charge. When air molecules are exposed to external factors such as ultraviolet rays or lightning, electrons escape and recombine with other neutral molecules, forming negative ions. Scientific research has explored the association between negative air ions and human health outcomes, including potential effects on depression and cognitive function, though findings across studies remain mixed for certain physiological parameters.
Natural properties: In the natural state, air molecules are neutral. When affected by external factors such as cosmic rays, ultraviolet rays, or lightning, the outermost electrons escape. The lost electrons are called negatively charged electrons. When they recombine with other neutral molecules in the air, they form the negatively charged negative ions. The smaller the particle size, the stronger the biological activity.
Functional application: Elements that induce air to produce negative ions are loaded into non-woven fabrics (negative ion antibacterial composite chips). Dynamic types must be released under friction and rubbing (industry indicator ≥5000/s/cm²), while static types can release negative ions on their own in a static state (industry indicator 200~300).
Physical effects: The chips can quickly penetrate human skin. Long-term use may improve microcirculation, decompose odors, and relieve emotions. Negative ions are praised in the scientific community as "air vitamins."
Natural properties: Same fundamental mechanism as the standard negative anion chip — electrons escape from air molecules under external influence and recombine to form negative ions.
Functional application: The negative ion antibacterial composite chip releases ions under friction (industry indicator ≥5000/s/cm²) or in static conditions (industry indicator 200~300).
Physical effects: Quick skin penetration. Long-term use may improve microcirculation, decompose odors, and relieve emotions. Described as "air vitamins" in scientific literature.

“Certified” is an incomplete purchasing specification. A certificate might describe a company’s management system, a test report might describe one sample, and a regulatory status might apply only to a particular finished product and intended use.
A roll can arrive on time and still be unusable if its edges are crushed, its wrap is punctured or its dimensions no longer suit the converting line. Bulky hygiene materials also consume freight space that a weight-only purchasing comparison misses.
A low quotation can become expensive when rolls break on the line, a substitute material changes fit, or documentation cannot be matched to a shipment.
