The financial statements reveal that P&G's net sales for the fiscal year 2025 amounted to approximately $84.284 billion, which is essentially flat compared to the previous year. Excluding the impacts of currency fluctuations, acquisitions, and asset disposals, organic sales grew by 2%. P&G's operating income for the fiscal year 2025 was approximately $20.451 billion, marking a 10% year-over-year increase; net income was about $16.065 billion, up by 7%, demonstrating the company's robust performance in its core business.
In the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025), P&G's net sales reached $20.889 billion, representing a 2% year-over-year growth. Excluding the effects of currency changes, acquisitions, and asset disposals, organic sales increased by 2% year-over-year.
Looking at the business segments, in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025, P&G's organic sales in the baby, feminine, and family care products segment grew by 1% year-over-year. Specifically, organic sales of baby care products declined by a low single-digit percentage, primarily due to decreased sales in the North American market. Organic sales of feminine care products achieved a low single-digit percentage increase, driven by price and product mix improvements; family care products also saw a low single-digit percentage increase, propelled by higher sales volumes.
Looking ahead, P&G anticipates that total sales for the fiscal year 2026 will grow by 1% to 5% year-over-year, with organic sales expected to increase by 0% to 4%.
